In 1994 he began a daily talk show called Reasons for Faith broadcast on KLCJ 1360 AM.
Paul’s success continued and in 1997 he became a co-host of a weekly talk show on KJRT 88.3 FM. But he had bigger goals in mind. In 1999 he began his most ambitious project yet, The SOURCE with Paul Anderson, an alternative source of information on current affairs, global events, pop-culture, religion, and politics.
In 2004, Paul expanded his radio outreach to include both the commercial and noncommercial markets. Salem Radio Network took notice and made arrangements to distribute the show and 940 AM KIXZ Clear Channel became his flagship station. Then on September 5, 2004, The SOURCE with Paul Anderson launched nationwide.
Paul was rewarded for his efforts when on March 24, 2006, The Texas Panhandle Association of Broadcasters awarded Paul with “The Founder’s Award” given every two or three years and only for outstanding achievement. Paul received this honor for having the first radio show in the history of the Texas Panhandle to ever become nationally syndicated.
