The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) performs individual, marital, couples, group, and crisis intervention counseling to those experiencing difficulties with unplanned pregnancies, trauma, abuse issues, addictions, family problems, parenting, marital problems, stress management, and self-esteem; to promote optimum mental and emotional health.
The Mobile Clinic Advanced Practice Provider is alicensed medical provider who is not a physician but performs medicalactivities typically performed by a physician. This position is an APP(Advanced Practice Provider) which will be either a Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistant in the role. The APP must hold a current licensure in theState of Texas and is responsible for managing the care of and addressing thehealth concerns of the women who come to The Source mobile clinic. This care is in accordance with State andFederal rules and regulations and the medical standards of care (assessment ofhealth status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment,implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status). The APPwill collaborate with the Medical Director (Supervising Physician) according tostate laws and regulations. The APP will also collaborate with other members ofthe staff and healthcare team to provide high quality care.

The Education Program Manager (EPM) manages the day-to-day education program functions. The EPM is responsible for coordinating all aspects of The Source’s education program, including community-based preventive SRA education, pregnancy education, childbirth class, parenting education and any additional enrichment programming and guest speakers (both English and Spanish programs). This role will lead and support a team of Health Educators who teach weekly group and individual classes, workshops, and seminars. The Program Manager will assist the Clinic Director in developing a strategy for improving and expanding the education program as well as research, development, and ongoing revision of curriculum guidelines, presentation guidelines, and materials.
The Case Manager (also referred to as Client Care Coordinator) is responsible general case management and coordination of client care services in the clinic and community. Primary duties include performing needs assessments, creating Client Care Plans and tracking progress, performing home/hospital visits and coordinating client support services (support groups/mentoring program, post-birth care).

Principle Functions: The Health Educator is responsible for delivering/presenting all of The Source’s educational programs, including pregnancy education, childbirth classes, parenting education, youth Sexual Risk Avoidance Education, and any additional enrichment programming made available in both English and Spanish. This role includes teaching weekly group classes, including but not limited to adult and teen classroom presentations, teen leadership programs, and parent workshops.
